  • Q 2: How does your price compare with the western suppliers?
  • The biggest advantage in China is the labor cost, more labor involved in the project, more competitive our quote will be. Normally, our cost is one third of the western suppliers.

  • Q 3: How do you keep my design and information confidential?
  • Honkia Prototype will do the best to protect customer’s Intellectual Property rights, including signing NDA and the strict control of the disclosure of confidential information to only the necessary employee or third party that also bound by the same none-disclosure obligations to us. All prototypes and parts presented by photos in this site are out of NDA limitation or already known in public.

  • Q 4: How does your price compare to the western owned suppliers in China?
  • The biggest advantage of the western owned suppliers in China is their faces, they use Chinese people, Chinese material, Chinese equipment and Chinese technologies to make the parts and then package and deliver them by using their names at normally one time higher price than the local suppliers in China.

  • Q 5: How to pay Honkia Prototype?
  • You can pay Honkia Prototype by bank to bank wire transfer or PayPal.

  • Q 6: Can I get credit from Honkia Prototype?
  • Unless otherwise specified, all new customers must pay in advance for the first five orders, then we will consider the 30 days credit. For tooling orders, 50% advance payment must be paid for all customers including the 30 days credit available.

  • Q 7: What’s your delivery time?
  • The delivery time depends on the project’s exact requirements, normally it is about 3-15 days from receiving the purchase order to shipping the goods.

  • Q 8: How do you ship the parts?
  • We ship our parts globally by DHL that normally takes 3-4 days from China to Europe and America, it means we ship the parts at Monday, they will be in your hands at Wednesday or Thursday. The customers can also specify the shipping agency.

  • Q 9: What if I am not completely satisfied with the parts received?
  • We can remake free of charge parts that the clients are not completely satisfied with after receiving the returned parts well, or the negotiated amount of arrived payment will be refunded to customers.
