Project Overview:
Low-Pressure and Room-Temperature injection molding and Low-Viscosity of molding material had our RIM molds manufactured quickly and cheaply.
Our RIM molds usually cost around 5% of conventional steel molds, but work great for low volume injection molding the large and heavy plastic parts.
Molded material density: 1.17 g/cm3, fire-retardant material available, high durability and strength of the reaction injection molded parts.
We were RIM expert in China to provide customers rapid and cheap tooling, quality and economical parts, fast delivery, especially for automotive field.
